Motion to approve Resolution RZ-24-2-112 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Arcip Horobet for rezoning from BP (Business and Technology Park) and TO (Technology Overlay) to PR (Planned Residential) up to 10 dwelling units per acre and TO (Technology Overlay) subject to the condition that there will be a landscape buffer C, right of way and stub out to Odin Street, 35 foot periphery setback on south and west property lines and there will be a traffic study completed.
