Consideration of amending agenda to add items R-24-3-305, R-24-3-902, and R-24-3-101

On March 25, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to add resolutions for child support services, juvenile court, and honoring junior commissioners.” by a vote of 11–0.

Motion to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #16 - Resolution R-24-3-305 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Four to a contract with the Tennessee Department of Human Services for Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the state under the contract by $269,775.24, increases the local match requirement by $138,975.12, and extends the term of the contract by one (1) year to expire June 30, 2025; Item #27 - Resolution R-24-3-902 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Two to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Human Services related to IV-D Magistrate Services for the Knox County Juvenile Court, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the contract by $399,712.00, increases the local match requirement by $205,912.23, and extends the term of the contract by one (1) year to expire June 30, 2025; and Item #28 - Resolution R-24-3-101 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring the members of the Class of 2024 Junior Commission Civics Education Program upon their program completion.
