Approve amendment to grant contract for juvenile court IV-D magistrate services.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Two to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Human Services related to IV-D Magistrate Services for the Knox County Juvenile Court, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the contract by $399,712.00, increases the local match requirement by $205,912.23, and extends the term of the contract by one (1) year to expire June 30, 2025
