On March 25, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve rezoning request for Leonard Development, LLC (51 lots).” by a vote of 7–4.
Motion as a substitute motion to approve Resolution RZ-24-3-112 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Leonard Development, LLC for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential for 51 lots.
