Motion to approve Resolution RZ-24-3-114 - Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the request of Fred E. Trainer, Jr. for rezoning from A Agricultural to PR Planned Residential up to 4.5 dwelling units per acre with the following conditions: (1) The pond retention that is being built will be considered bioretention; and (2) Type B landscaping will be installed around the development.
