Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Proposal from Trane US, Inc. to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to bore underground and install conduit, electrical feeds, junction boxes and electrical terminations for each pole and three (3) scoreboards at the listed fields at Carter Park at a cost of $243,962.00.
