Ordinance amending Knox County Code regarding vehicle assignment (1st reading).

Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Code, Chapter 2, Article I, Section 2-2, “Privilege and expense reimbursements for certain officials and employees”, in Subsection 2-2(a) to reference the Knox County Fleet Safety Program and to clarify that the elected official to whom a county vehicle is assigned shall designate who may drive a county vehicle.
