Mullins for a Northwest County Sector Plan Amendment from GC General Commercial and HP Hillside Protection to MDR Medium Density Residential and HP Hillside Protection, property located at 0 Hardin Valley Road, Parcel ID 104 017 07, (3rd Commission District), Planning Commission’s file number: 4-I-24-SP; Item #65 - Request of Benjamin C. Mullins for a Northwest County Sector Plan Amendment from AG Agricultural, HP Hillside Protection and SP Stream Protection to RR Rural Residential, HP Hillside Protection and SP Stream Protection, property located at 2600 West Gallaher Ferry Road, Parcel ID 116 020, (6th Commission District), Planning Commission’s file number: 2-B-24-SP; and Item #74 - Request of Storm Shular for a South County Sector Plan Amendment from A Agricultural and HP Hillside Protection to RR Rural Residential and HP Hillside Protection, property located at 8922 Pickens Gap Road, Parcel ID 150 044, (9th Commission District), Planning Commission’s file number: 4-N-24-SP. Commissioner Jay seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Lee, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
