CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH ZONAR SYSTEMS, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF GPS SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT REDUCES THE PURCHASE PRICE OF GPS EQUIPMENT FROM $172.00 EACH TO $120.00 EACH AND EXTENDS THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL YEARS
