CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY IN THE AMOUNT OF $76,800.00 WITH $46,600.00 PROVIDED BY KNOX COUNTY AND $30,200.00 PROVIDED BY THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY FOR THE OPERATION OF STREAM GAUGING STATIONS IN KNOX COUNTY FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JULY 1, 2024 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2025
