LINE ITEM TRANSFERS: Consideration of Line Item Transfers – Total amount of $475,155.55 was before the Board of Commissioners. Commissioner Jay moved to approve the Line Item Transfers – Total amount of $475,155.55. Commissioner Schoonmaker seconded the motion and upon roll call vote Commissioners Lundy, Durrett, Oster, Ward, Schoonmaker, Hill, Lee, Beeler, Dailey, Jay and Frazier voted aye. The motion carried 11-0-0-0.
