CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,000.00 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 (JULY 1, 2024 - JUNE 30, 2025) FOR THE PROVISION OF DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING SERVICES FOR KNOX COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT CLERK SERVICES, INCLUDING GENERAL SESSIONS CRIMINAL DIVISIONS (DIVISION I - DIVISION V) AND CRIMINAL COURTS (DIVISION I - DIVISION III); KNOX COUNTY SPECIALIZED COURTS, INCLUDING KNOX COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH COURT, RECOVERY COURT, AND VETERANS TREATMENT COURTS; AND KNOX COUNTY PROBATION SERVICES
