Amend agenda to withdraw items related to eDynamic Learning, ProCare Therapy, NC Sheriffs Assn, and I-40/75 Business Park.
Amend the agenda to withdraw the following items from the agenda: Item #4 – Resolution R-24-8-204 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Purchase Agreement with eDynamic Learning for Site License to a Middle School Library and Knowledge Matters for 16 KCS middle schools for the 2024-2025 school year at a cost of $85,750.00; Item #10 – Resolution R-24-8-210 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Client Services Agreement with ProCare Therapy for the provision of school psychologist services for the 2024-2025 school year at a cost up to $399,200.00; Item #60 – Resolution R-24-8-802 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving and accepting a Master Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the North Carolina Sheriffs' Association, Inc. to allow Knox County to purchase from the North Carolina Sheriffs' Association cooperative purchasing programs; and Item #62 – Resolution R-24-8-904 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Assignment and Assumption Agreement among I-40/75 Business Park, LLC (Assignor), Knox County, Tennessee (Assignee), and the West Knox Utility District (WKUD) regarding Knox County's assuming the responsibility to construct a new water line as more specifically referenced in the December 1, 2022 agreement between WKUD and I-40/75 Business Park, LLC, as revised.
On August 26, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to withdraw items related to eDynamic Learning, ProCare Therapy, NC Sheriffs Assn, and I-40/75 Business Park.” by a vote of 11–0.
