CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A GRANT CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $391,199.00 WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE PROVISION OF A PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SERVICES SCHOOL TO WORK PROGRAM TO BENEFIT STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES FOR THE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2026.
