CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO PROGRAM YEAR (PY) 2020 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN WITHIN KNOX COUNTY’S HUD APPROVED 2020-2024 CONSOLIDATED PLAN BY APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS, SUBJECT TO HUD APPROVAL OF THE SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT, WITH: 1) THE RESTORATION HOUSE OF EAST TENNESSEE ($30,000.00) FOR THE ON BELAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM; AND 2) AMENDMENT ONE TO SACRED GROUND HOSPICE HOUSE ($49,758.00) FOR END-OF-LIFE HOSPICE CARE TO UNDER/UNINSURED INDIVIDUALS. (FEDERALLY FUNDED THROUGH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CARES ACT (CDBG-CV) FUNDING). (NO LOCAL MATCH REQUIRED)
