CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF ARBOVIRUS TESTING OF MOSQUITO SAMPLES FOR WEST NILE VIRUS, ST. LOUIS ENCEPHALITIS VIRUS, AND FLANDERS VIRUS FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 AND ENDING AUGUST 31, 2025 WITH THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE COUNTY UNDER THE CONTRACT TO NOT EXCEED $3,500.00
