CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING AMENDMENT TWO TO A GRANT CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PROVISION OF IMMUNIZATION SERVICES, WHICH AMENDMENT INCREASES THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE STATE UNDER THE CONTRACT BY $351,100.00 FOR A TOTAL MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF $4,373,443.00.
