Acceptance of new county roads in Boulder Point and Grassy Creek subdivisions.
DRIVES AND ROADS: Acceptance of the following new county roads: A. Townsend Park Lane located in Boulder Point Phase VI, District 6. B. Poplar Grove Lane located in Boulder Point Phase VII, District 6. C. Hemlock Crest Lane located in Boulder Point Phase VII, District 6. D. Malone Creek Drive located in Grassy Creek Subdivision, District 6. E. Grassy Knoll Road located in Grassy Creek Subdivision, District 6. F. Hickory Reserve Road located in Reserve at Hickory Creek – Unit 1, District 6. G. Grand Fork Drive located in Reserve at Hickory Creek – Unit 1, District 6. H. Bethel Hollow Drive located in Reserve at Hickory Creek – Unit 1, District 6.
On August 26, 2024, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Acceptance of new county roads in Boulder Point and Grassy Creek subdivisions.” by a vote of 11–0.
Motion to approve the above new county roads.
