CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, TO REPEAL AND REPLACE KNOX COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE VI, "STORMWATER MANAGEMENT," TO COMPLY WITH THE RECENTLY ADOPTED STATE OF TENNESSEE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) PERMIT FOR SMALL MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4).
