CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, AMENDING THE KNOX COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 42, ARTICLE II, DIVISION 2, SECTION 42-67(3) TO LIST A SUSPENSION WITH A LOSS OF PAY AS A GRIEVANCE WHICH MAY BE ADDRESSED BY THE MERIT SYSTEM BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
