Approve acquisitions for Halls Greenway Connector and sidewalks
CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING THE NECESSARY RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT ACQUISITION FOR FIVE (5) TRACTS OF LAND, A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF TENNESSEE FOR EXCESS LAND USAGE, AND USE OF PORTIONS OF TWO (2) EXISTING KNOX COUNTY PARCELS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HALLS GREENWAY CONNECTOR AND ASSOCIATED SIDEWALKS AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS FOR THIS PROJECT.
