Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving use of a State of Utah National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) Valuepoint Master Agreement Terms and Conditions and a Participating Addendum with AT&T for purchase of wireless hot spots, as needed, to support student virtual learning at an approximate cost of $20.00 per month per hot spot
