Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with NetGain Corporation for the provision of drug and alcohol testing services at an approximate annual cost of $18,000.00 for the term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, with the option to extend for an additional four (4) years.
