Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Master Services Agreement with Frontline Technologies Group LLC dba Frontline Education and a Customer Agreement with Forecast 5 Analytics, Inc. for license to use Forecast 5 software and tools for data analytics and planning services at a two-year cost of $477,052.00 ($238,536.00 annually).
