Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, accepting the resignation of Bryan Hair on the Visit Knoxville Board of Directors; confirming the Knox County Mayor’s appointment of himself, Glenn Jacobs, to the Visit Knoxville Board of Director’s to complete the unfulfilled term of Bryan Hair expiring June 30, 2022; and confirming the Knox County Mayor’s appointment of HD Patel and reappointment of Linda Billman to the Visit Knoxville Board of Directors (Terms expire June 30, 2024).
