Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a construction contract with Stansell Electric Company, Inc. in the amount of $1,482,927.00 for traffic signal upgrades along Cedar Bluff Road and Maynardville Highway (100% of which is covered by the TDOT ATMS Grant).
