Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement with the Knoxville/Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC) to provide $267,292.00 in 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds for administrative program costs and housing rehabilitation construction services for single-family owner-occupied, low-income homeowners. (Federally funded through HUD CDBG program funds).
