Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment One to a Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of Arbovirus Testing of Mosquito Samples, which amendment extends the term by one (1) year to February 28, 2022 and increases Knox County's maximum liability under the Contract by $3,500.00.
