Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Four to a Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of Tobacco Prevention Program Services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Contract by $75,000.00 and extends the term of the Contract by one (1) year to expire June 30, 2022 (No Local Match Required).
