Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Two to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of public health emergency preparedness and crisis response, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $10,000,000.00 and extends the term to June 30, 2022 (No local match required).
