Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a temporary construction easement for the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) on property located at 1613 Vermont Avenue for construction material storage for water tank maintenance with compensation to Knox County in the amount of $2,500.00.
