Amend rules to not read captions/numbers for Consent Calendars.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule I, Section P entitled "Consent Calendar" to not require the resolution numbers and captions of items on the Education Consent Calendar and the General Government Consent Calendar to be read into the record prior to the votes on said Consent Calendars.
