Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule VII Rezoning Requests and Appeals, Section B entitled "Witness or Citizens Appearing Before the Commission" to require any person testifying on a matter to be sworn in by the Law Director or his designee before giving testimony.
