Move to approve R-21-6-906 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending the Knox County Commission Rules, Rule VI Miscellaneous, to add a new section K entitled "Civility Code" to establish a civility code for Agenda Work Session and Commission meetings with the following amendment: In Section K. Civility Code: #3 change to read as follows: Refrain from behavior that threatens or attempts to disrupt Agenda Work Session, Commission, Zoning, or public meetings; physically harms someone; intentionally causes damage; employs loud or offensive language, gestures, or profanity; or inappropriately shows a display of temper.
