Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an amendment to Knox County Contract Number 15-684 with Cherokee Health Systems for the provision of Primary Care Provider for children on TennCare, which amendment changes the renewal options from two (2) additional five-year terms to ten (10) additional one-year terms
