Accept resignation, appoint to Industrial Dev. and Health & Ed. Boards.
Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, 1) accepting the resignation of Michael Wood as a Director on The Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox (IDB) and the Health, Educational and Housing Facility Board of the County of Knox (Health & Ed. Board) and appointing Ford Little to complete the unfulfilled term of Mr. Wood on the IDB and Health & Ed. Board, which term expires July 15, 2026 and 2) appointing Charley Bible, Lisa Rottmann, Lou Moran, III, and reappointing Dr. Anthony Wise to serve as Directors of the IDB and Health & Ed. Board for terms expiring July 15, 2028
