Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Two to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the state under the contract by $189,800.00 (no local match required)
