Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement with Volunteer Ministry Center to provide $75,000.00 in Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) for The Foyer to conduct activities that mitigate the negative health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
