Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment 1 to a Contract with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture for the provision of assisting in conducting retail food store inspections under the Tennessee Retail Food Safety Act, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the contract by $159,302.00 and extends the term of the Contract to June 30, 2023.
