Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Three to a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services for the provision of custody prevention services, which amendment increases the maximum liability of the State under the Grant Contract by $183,392.00 and extends the term by one (1) year to expire June 30, 2023.
