Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving Amendment Three to a grant contract with the Tennessee Department of Health for the provision of immunization services, which amendment adds to the scope of services and increases the maximum liability of the state under the contract by $280,260.00 (no local match required)
