Amend agenda to add items R-22-9-213, R-22-9-105, R-22-9-907, and discussion item 60.

AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: Commissioner Jay moved to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #13 - Resolution R-22-9-213 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an Amendment to Contract Number 21-383 with Instructure, Inc. (f/k/a Certica Solutions, Inc.) for a customized benchmark assessment program (Mastery Connect) for the term of September 16, 2022 through September 15, 2023 at a cost of $931,250.00 using Esser 3.0 Grant funds; Item #39 - Resolution R-22-9-105 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring the 2022 4A girls state championship 4x100 relay team of Lariah Cozart, Amani Martin, Ka'Shauna Dyer, and Abby Sharpe from South-Doyle High School with the installation of congratulatory signage on both Coatney Road and Tipton Station Road, Item #58 - Resolution R-22-9-907 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving the execution of an Interlocal Agreement relating to Joint Economic and Community Development Board; and Item #60 - Discussion item regarding the Mayor's appointment to the Hallsdale-Powell Utility District.

On September 26, 2022, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to add items R-22-9-213, R-22-9-105, R-22-9-907, and discussion item 60.” by a vote of 10–0.
