Amend agenda to defer items R-22-9-104, R-22-9-901, and O-22-9-101 to October meeting.

AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: Commissioner Jay moved to amend the agenda to defer the following items to the October 2022 meeting: Item #38 - Resolution R-22-9-104 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, honoring Ed Shouse upon the occasion of his retirement as Knox County Trustee; Item #55 - Resolution R-22-9-901 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a ground lease with Concord Yacht Club, Inc. for recreational activities for a term of ten (10) years beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2033 with the option to renew the lease for an additional period of ten (10) years with annual rent in the amount of $1,000.00 over the initial term of the lease; and Item #59 - Ordinance O-22-9-101 - Consideration of an Ordinance of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, amending Knox County Code, Chapter 6, Article II, "Animal Control", to amend Section 6-46, "Impoundment", and add a new Section 6-49 regarding inhumane chaining of dogs (amending Ordinance O-96-5-101, adopted June 24, 1996; Ordinance O-15-4-101, adopted May 26, 2015; and establishing Section 6-49, previously reserved) - (First Reading).
