Approve correction of clerical error for Mission Hill Lane right of way acceptance.
DRIVES AND ROADS: Consideration of the Clerical Errors regarding the Acceptance of One County Road was before the Board of Commissioners: At the July 22, 2019 County Commission meeting, due to a clerical error, a portion of Mission Hill Lane located in Massey Creek Phase 1; District 6 was accepted with 50 feet of right of way. The correct right of way is 100 feet accepted by the County Commission on July 22, 2019, is hereby noted, and approved.
On September 26, 2022, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Approve correction of clerical error for Mission Hill Lane right of way acceptance.” by a vote of 10–0.
