Amend agenda to add Mental Health Court grant and road closure item.
Amendments to the Agenda to add Item #40 - Resolution R-23-6-907 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services in an amount not to exceed $236,000.00 for the continued service of the Knox County Mental Health Court Program for the period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024 (no local match required); and Item #47 - Consideration of a closure of an unbuilt portion of Old Tazewell Pike from near Pebblebrook Condos to Murphy Road in Commission District 8, (First Reading).
On June 26, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to add Mental Health Court grant and road closure item.” by a vote of 10–0.
