Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Contract with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency for $416,250.00 in pass-through grant funds provided under the State Homeland Security Program of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to provide equipment and training for first responders in Knox County and the fifteen surrounding counties of TN Homeland Security District 2 (no local match required)
