Amend agenda to add resolutions and appointment.
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: Commissioner Jay moved to amend the agenda to add the following items: Item #28 Resolution R-23-9-908 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a revised Pharmacy Benefit Management Agreement with Epiphany RX, LLC for the administration of employee pharmacy benefit services under the Knox County Government Health Care Plan; Item #29 Resolution R-23-9-909 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a revised Administrative Services Agreement with BlueCross Blueshield of Tennessee, Inc. for the administration of employee medical insurance benefits under the Knox County Government Health Care Plan; Item #37 Spread of Record the District Attorney General’s appointment of Kaityln Smith to complete the unfulfilled term of Robin Jones on the Knox County Employee Insurance Benefits Committee, which term expires on December 31, 2023; Item #45 Resolution R-23-9-504 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee, Tennessee Housing Development Agency for $40,000,000.00 in pass-through funding provided through the U.S. Department of the Treasury Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERA2) for the provision of eviction prevention and housing stability services. (No local match required); and Resolution R-23-9-910 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, selecting Zachery Fullerton to serve as the Knox County Internal Auditor as recommended by the Knox County Audit Committee.
