Amend agenda to defer resolutions R-23-9-401 and R-23-9-907.
AMENDMENTS TO THE AGENDA: Commissioner Jay moved to amend the agenda to defer the following items to the October 2023 Board of Commissioners meeting: Item #42 Resolution R-23-9-401 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving a contract with Kendig Keast Collaborative in the amount of $_____ for the development of a Unified Development Ordinance per request for qualifications No. 3422; and Item #51 Resolution R-23-9-907 - Consideration of a Resolution of the Commission of Knox County, Tennessee, approving an interlocal agreement between Knox County and the Industrial Development Board related to the Axle Logistics property swap for $1.4 million. The amount in question will be paid through designations and included in the Fiscal Year 2025 Capital Improvement Plan.
On September 25, 2023, the Knox County, TN Board of Commissioners adopted “Amend agenda to defer resolutions R-23-9-401 and R-23-9-907.” by a vote of 10–0.
