CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KNOXVILLE MUSIC THERAPY FOR THE PROVISION OF MUSIC THERAPY TO STUDENTS WITH AN INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PLAN (IEP) FOR THE TERM OF JULY 1, 2023 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024.
