CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF KNOX COUNTY, TENNESSEE, APPROVING A SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT WITH KOGNITY USA, INC. FOR ONE (1) YEAR OF ACCESS TO THE KOGNITY LEARNING PLATFORM FOR INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS PERTAINING TO IB BIOLOGY, IB CHEMISTRY, AND IB PHYSICS COURSES AT A COST OF $1,800.00.
